Livigno, Italy

The dust has barely settled on my kit bag, and here we go again. The recession has caused a major shortfall in tour operator allocations, meaning we have a little less choice and the price is creeping up. We've been trawling the brochures for weeks and have finally secured an option for 24 people to descend on the charming, Italian, duty free resort of Livigno, Italy!

Livigno is not the most demanding of resorts, but has some entertaining off-piste, plus Bormio and St. Moritz are nearby. The resort boasts activities such as dogsledding (more innocent than it sounds), horeseriding (that's just riding horses), sleigh rides (oooo), ice climbing, ice driving, shopping (no seriously, it's in the brochure), you get the picture. Now what are you waiting for? Sign up!

Details of previous trips (and some pics) are available in the archive section of this site. Here are the details of the current trip. Please register your interest by filling in the registration form via the link at the bottom of this page and you will be kept informed of our progress. The price for the current trip is just £510 each - this includes flights, half-board accomodation, fuel surcharges, local taxes and transfers.

The package industry seems under a great deal of pressure at the moment, resulting in increased prices and reduced bookings. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to visit another duty free resort with reliable snow at good altitude for an amazing price.

I will complete the write up tomorrow, but for those that know they want to come, time is essential, and I will I need commitment sooner on this one to guarantee the booking and confirm the amazing price we have been offered.

Last yeasr, as the previous, saw a few poeple left behind. Places are, as ever limited, so click on the button below and register your interest now!  Deposits of £100 will be collected once the trip is confirmed, probably during September, normally refundable if you need to drop out more than 4 weeks before departure and we are able to replace you.

If you will be out of the country next February but still wish to join us, please use the links above to book your own accomodation. Please let me know if you are planning to meet us there so I can inform you of any changes.

Apologies again to Paul and Shoko (I'm just leaving this bit in the template now), but hope to catch up with you soon... or are you going to join us???
